The New River Green Estate (formerly the Marquess estate) lies within the boundaries of Canonbury. The Society gives financial support and encouragement to the work of the Rose Bowl Youth Club, through the Friends of the Rose Bowl. At the Rose Bowl we tackle issues of social exclusion of young people through a variety of innovative, targeted and effective programmes and through play, education and developing a sense of personal worth and belief. We believe that every young person deserves a chance and that with the right support that they can direct their energies into positive activities that benefit themselves, their family and their community.
